We started in the spring of 2007 and have had a solid core of people coming ever since. The group typically runs between 15 and 25 people each week.

Acoustic instruments are welcome. We play predominantly Old Time, Contra Dance and Irish tunes in ensemble style (rather than break-passing style). This is an intermediate level session, although we frequently start tunes at an inclusive tempo and often pick them up in speed as we go.

We meet from 10am until about noon every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month at the Parkside Coffee Shop in the back of the Foundry Church at 8839 Lackman Road in Lenexa, Kansas
